1. Shipping Logistics
We ship our artisanal collections globally. All orders are dispatched from our central production house after a rigorous quality check of the weave and stitch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the garments and the destination.
2. Delivery Timelines
Ready-to-Wear (Stitched)
Processed within 2–4 business days. Domestic delivery: 3-5 days. International: 7-12 days.
Atelier (Bespoke & Custom)
As these items are stitched to your specific measurements, please allow 25–30 business days for production before dispatch.
3. International Orders
For clients outside of our home jurisdiction, please note that Rumi Loom is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
4. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on standard Ready-to-Wear items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Free of any scents, makeup stains, or alterations.
- Returned with all original “Rumi Loom” tags and packaging intact.
5. Bespoke & Sale Exceptions
Bespoke Suit Policy: Custom suits from The Atelier are created specifically for your body. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on bespoke items unless a clear manufacturing defect is present.
Sale Items: All items purchased during seasonal sales or via “Loom Society” clearance events are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of arrival), we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged or does not match your order, please contact us at support@rumiloom.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund for any craftsmanship errors.
