If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, its source code, and all “Rumi Loom” loomed designs, photography, and text are our proprietary property.
Products & Pricing
- Availability: All loomed textiles and stitched garments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
- Color Accuracy: While we strive for photographic accuracy, fabric colors may vary slightly due to screen calibration and the natural dyeing processes of our loomed fabrics.
- Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from typographical pricing errors.
Atelier & Custom Orders
Our Bespoke service creates garments unique to your anatomical data.
- Measurement Responsibility: The client is responsible for the accuracy of measurements provided.
- Final Sale: Due to their personalized nature, all Atelier/Bespoke orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has commenced.
- Production Time: Custom suits require a minimum of 25–30 business days.
The Loom Society
Membership in our loyalty program is voluntary. We reserve the right to modify or terminate reward structures, point values, or “Member-Only” perks at any time without prior notice. Fraudulent accumulation of points will result in immediate account termination.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Rumi Loom, its directors, or artisans be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site or garments purchased. This includes, but is not limited to, skin sensitivities to specific loomed fabrics or inaccuracies in delivery timelines provided by third-party couriers.
Dispute Resolution
